Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pemegang Saham Tidak Langsung :
Sesuai dengan dan untuk memenuhi ketentuan dalam POJK
31/2015, Perseroan mengumumkan adanya perubahan
struktur kepemilikan secara tidak langsung dan juga
perubahan pemilik manfaat akhir Perseroan.
Sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan hak eksekusi atas jaminan
saham oleh CJ CGV Co., Ltd., telah terjadi pengalihan
kepemilikan saham pada entitas dalam struktur kepemilikan
tidak langsung Perseroan yang merupakan entitas yang
dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh CJ CGV Co., Ltd.
Pengalihan tersebut mengakibatkan perubahan struktur
kepemilikan tidak langsung atas Perseroan pada tingkat
entitas pemegang saham. Perubahan tersebut tidak
mengakibatkan perubahan Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO)
maupun pengendali akhir Perseroan, yang tetap berada pada
CJ CGV Co., Ltd.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perubahan ini tidak memberikan pengaruh material terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi Keuangan, atau
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan dalam waktu dekat.

Changes of the Indirect Ownership Structure

Description of Material Information or Indirect Shareholder: In accordance with and to fulfill the
Facts provisions of POJK 31/2015, the Company hereby announces
a change in its indirect shareholding structure.
In connection with the executed of the right to enforce a share
pledge by CJ CGV Co., Ltd there has been a transfer of share
ownership in an entity within the Companys indirect ownership
structure to an entity wholly owned by CJ CGV Co., Ltd.
Such transfer has resulted in a change to the Companys
indirect ownership structure at the shareholder entity level. The
change does not result in any change to the Companys
Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) or ultimate controlling
shareholder, both of which remain CJ CGV Co., Ltd.
Impact of event, material information or The said changes has no material impact on the Companys
facts towards Issuers or Public operational activities, legal, financial condition, or business
