Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perjanjian Jual Beli antara PT Medco LNG Indonesia (MLI)
dengan Transasia Pipeline Company Pvt. Ltd. (TPC), anak-
anak perusahaan yang seluruh sahamnya dimiliki secara
langsung dan tidak langsung oleh Perseroan.
Terkait Perjanjian Jual-Beli antara MLI dan TPC tanggal 12
Desember 2025, dimana TPC sebagai pemilik dan pemegang
542.746 (lima ratus empat puluh dua ribu tujuh ratus empat
puluh enam) lembar saham yang mewakili 40% (empat puluh
persen) modal ditempatkan dan disetor dalam PT Transportasi
Gas Indonesia, telah menjual seluruh sahamnya tersebut
kepada MLI dengan nilai sebesar USD 93.415.000 (sembilan
puluh tiga juta empat ratus lima belas ribu Dolar Amerika
Serikat).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi

(TPC), subsidiaries whose entire shares are directly and
indirectly owned by the Company.
In relation to the Sale and Purchase Agreement between MLI
and TPC dated 12 December 2025, that TPC as the owner
and holder of 542,746 (five hundred forty two thousand seven
hundred and forty six) shares representing 40% (forty percent)
of the issued and paid-up capital in PT Transportasi Gas
Indonesia, has sold its shares entirely to MLI with the value of
USD 93,415,000 (ninety three million four hundred fifteen
thousand United States Dollar).
