PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk dalam proses transformasi
strategis untuk mengembangkan backlog pendapatan kontrak
yang besar yang akan semakin meningkatkan kapasitas BULL
untuk memasuki segmen transportasi LNG dan berkembang di
sektor angkutan laut minyak mentah dan produk minyak.
Perusahaan akan memusatkan perhatian pada 4 pilar
perkembangan yang akan melipatgandakan potensi
perkembangan kami:
1. Transportasi LNG
2. FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit) untuk
gasifikasi LNG
3. Produksi dan penyimpanan minyak mentah dan gas alam
lepas pantai
4. Transportasi minyak mentah dan produk minyak
Untuk memaksimalkan perkembangan Perusahaan,
Perusahaan berkembang bukan hanya secara organic dengan
membeli kapal tanker satu per satu tetapi juga
mengidentifikasi peluang perkembangan inorganic dengan
akuisisi asset yang membawa nilai accretive.
Dasar Strategis
Pendekatan empat pilar dirancang untuk:
1. Mendiversifikasi pendapatan di sektor pelayaran,
infrastruktur dan produksi
2. Menyeimbangkan siklus antara bisnis margin tinggi spot dan
stabilitas bisnis berbasis kontrak
3. Meningkatkan disiplin modal melalui investasi dan kemitraan
selektif
4. Memanfaatkan sinergi operasional dan teknis di seluruh
aset terapung
5. Memposisikan Perusahaan untuk transisi energi, sambil
mempertahankan eksposur terhadap hidrokarbon inti

Facts
PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk is in the process of a strategic
transformation to develop a large backlog of contracted
revenues which will further enhance BULL capacity to enter
the LNG transportation segment and grow in the crude oil and
oil products seaborne transportation space.
The Company will focus on 4 planks for growth which will
multiply our growth potential:
1. LNG transportation
2. FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit) for LNG
gasification
3. Offshore crude oil and natural gas production and storage
4. Crude oil and oil products transportation
To maximize the Company growth, the Company will not only
grow organically by acquiring individual vessels but also seek
inorganic growth opportunities with value accretive
acquisitions.
Strategic Rationale
The four pillar approach is designed to:
1. Diversify earnings across shipping, infrastructure, and
production
2. Balance cyclicality between high margin spot business and
stability of contract-based businesses
3. Enhance capital discipline through selective investments
and partnerships
4. Leverage operational and technical synergies across
floating assets
5. Position the Company for the energy transition, while
maintaining exposure to core hydrocarbons
