Material Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap 1
Tahun 2022 (“Obligasi”) termasuk dalam kategori Informasi
atau Fakta Material berdasarkan Pasal 6 butir (m) POJK
31/2015.

Type of Material Information | Principal Redemption and Twelfth Interest Payment of Shelf
or Facts Bonds IV Merdeka Copper Gold Phase I Year 2022 (“Bonds”) is
categorized as Material Information or Facts in accordance
with Article 6 point (m) POJK 31/2015.

3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah
Material melaksanakan pelunasan Obligasi dengan rincian sebagai
berikut:

1. Nilai Obligasi

Jumlah Obligasi yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 13

Desember 2025 tersebut terdiri dari:

a. Pokok Obligasi sebesar Rp3.100.555.000.000 (tiga
triliun seratus miliar lima ratus lima puluh lima juta
Rupiah): dan

b. Bunga ke-12 Obligasi sebesar Rp79.839.291.250
(tujuh puluh sembilan miliar delapan ratus tiga
puluh sembilan juta dua ratus sembilan puluh satu
ribu dua ratus lima puluh Rupiah).

2. Jumlah Pelunasan Pokok dan Pembayaran Bunga
Obligasi
Jumlah pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga ke-12
Obligasi adalah sebesar Rp3.180.394.291.250 (tiga
triliun seratus delapan puluh miliar tiga ratus sembilan
puluh empat juta dua ratus sembilan puluh satu ribu dua
ratus lima puluh Rupiah). Perseroan telah melakukan
penyetoran dana kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia (Agen Pembayaran yang telah ditunjuk oleh
Perseroan) pada tanggal 11 Desember 2025 yang akan
dibayarkan oleh PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
kepada para pemegang Obligasi pada tanggal 15 |
Desember 2025. |

3. Sumber Pendanaan !
Sumber pendanaan yang digunakan oleh Perseroan
untuk melunasi pokok dan membayar bunga ke-12
Obligasi berasal dari dana yang diperoleh oleh Perseroan
dari kas internal Perseroan.

4. Tujuan Transaksi
Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban
Perseroan dalam melakukan pelunasan pokok dan
pembayaran bunga Obligasi yang telah jatuh tempo,
sebagai bagian dari pengelolaan liabilitas dan
pemenuhan komitmen kepada para pemegang Obligasi. |

Description of Material
Information or Facts

We hereby inform that the Company has repaid its Bonds with
detail as follows:
1. Amount of Bonds:

The total amount of Bonds that matured on 13 December

2025 consists af the following composition:

a. Principal Amount of Bonds in the amount of
Rp3,100,555,000,000 (three trillion one hundred
billion five hundred and fifty-five million Rupiah), and |

b. Twelfth Bonds' Interest in the amount of
Rp79,839,291,250 (seventy-nine billion eight hundred |
and thirty-nine million two hundred and ninety-one |
thousand two hundred and fifty Rupiah).

2. Amount of Principal Redemption and Interest Payment of
the Bonds
The amount of principal redemption and the twelfth
interest payment of the Bonds is Rp3,180,394,291,250
(three trillion one hundred and eighty billion three
hundred and ninety-four million two hundred and ninety-
one thousand two hundred and fifty Rupiah). The
Company has made a deposit of funds to PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia (Paying Agent appointed by the
Company) on 11 December 2025 which will be paid by PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia to the bondholders on 15
December 2025.

3. Source of Fund
The fund utilized by the Company to repay the principal
and twelfth interest of Bonds was derived from the fund
received by the Company from the Company's internal
cash.

4. The Purpose of the Transaction
The purpose of this transaction is to fulfill the Companys
Oobligations to conduct the principal redemption and
interest payment of the Bonds that have matured, as part
of the Company's liability management and its
commitment to the bondholders.

Dengan dilakukan pelunasan atas pokok dan pembayaran
bunga ke-12 Obligasi tersebut maka seluruh kewajiban
Perseroan atas Obligasi tersebut telah berakhir. Selanjutnya,
tidak ada dampak material lain atas pelunasan pokok dan
bunga kedua belas Obligasi terhadap kegiatan operasional,
hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan.

By repaying the Bonds' principal and twelfth interest, the
Company's obligation related to the Bonds has conciuded.
Furthermore, it does not have any other material impacts on
the repayment of the principal and twelfth interest af Bonds to
the Company's operational, law, financial condition, or
business continuity.
