Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 12 Desember 2025, PT ABM Investama Tbk
(Perseroan), PT Cipta Kridatama yang merupakan perusahaan
terkendali langsung Perseroan, dan Para Penanggung telah
menandatangani Perjanjian Kredit Fasilitas Pembiayaan
Sindikasi dari beberapa Lembaga Keuangan Perbankan dalam
negeri (Kreditur) senilai ekuivalen IDR4.200.000.000.000
(empat triliun dua ratus miliar Rupiah) dengan Opsi Akordeon
senilai IDR1.000.000.000.000 (satu triliun Rupiah) (Fasilitas
Kredit). Nilai Fasilitas Kredit ini setara dengan 36,03% (tiga
puluh enam koma nol tiga persen) ekuitas Perseroan
berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Perseroan interim September
2025. Opsi Akordeon dapat dipergunakan setelah pemenuhan
persyaratan dan memperoleh persetujuan dari Kreditur, paling
lambat dipergunakan 2 (dua) tahun sejak Tanggal Kejadian
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penurunan marjin dan reprofiling jangka waktu Fasilitas Kredit
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dalam rangka menurunkan biaya keuangan dan memperkuat

Information Report on Obtaining Financing Facility from
Type of Material Information or Facts Banking Institutions
Description of Material Information or On 12 December 2025, PT ABM Investama Tbk (the
Facts Company), PT Cipta Kridatama which is a controlled entity of
the Company, and the Guarantor have signed a Syndicated
Financing Facility Credit Agreement from several domestic
Banking Institutions (Creditors) worth the equivalent of
IDR4,200,000,000,000 (four trillion two hundred billion Rupiah)
with an Accordion Option worth IDR1,000,000,000,000 (one
trillion Rupiah) (Credit Facility). The value of this Credit Facility
is equivalent to 36.03% (thirty six point zero three percent) of
the Companys equity based on the Company's interim
Financial Report of September 2025. The Accordion Option
can be used after fulfilling the requirements and obtaining
approval from the Creditors, no later than 2 (two) years from
