Acara yang berlangsung di Pendopo Rumah Dinas Bupati ini dihadiri Sekretaris
Daerah Kabupaten PALI, Kartika Yanti, SH., MH., Kepala Diskominfo–Staper
Khairiman, S.Pt., M.Si., perwakilan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital RI, unsur
Forkopimda, kepala OPD, serta para tamu undangan. Sebagai penyedia teknologi
untuk layanan Contact Center 112, JAST memastikan sistem layanan darurat di PALI
berjalan dengan standar tinggi, responsif, dan mudah diakses masyarakat. Teknologi
JAST memungkinkan masyarakat menghubungi 112 secara gratis, tanpa pulsa, tanpa
paket data, dan tetap dapat melakukan panggilan bahkan saat ponsel dalam keadaan
locked.
Direktur Commercial JAST, Sri Akhadah, yang hadir langsung dalam acara tersebut,
menyampaikan apresiasinya atas langkah progresif Kabupaten PALI dalam
memperkuat ekosistem keselamatan publik.
“Layanan 112 dapat dihubungi gratis, tanpa pulsa, tanpa paket data, dan bahkan saat
ponsel dalam kondisi locked. Ini terobosan besar bagi keselamatan publik,” tegasnya.
Dengan hadirnya Contact Center 112, JAST berharap masyarakat PALI dapat
memperoleh layanan darurat yang lebih cepat, mudah, dan terintegrasi. Jasnita juga
berkomitmen untuk terus mendukung pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan
layanan digital, khususnya yang menyentuh aspek keselamatan dan kenyamanan
masyarakat.

PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk Supports the Launch of Emergency Service
112 in PALI Regency
PALI, South Sumatra
PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (“JAST”) reaffirms its commitment to supporting
Indonesia’s digital public service transformation through its participation in the
inauguration of the Emergency Call Center 112 and the Tanah Abang District
Precision Data initiative, held by the Government of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir
(PALI) Regency on Wednesday, 10 December 2025.
The event, hosted at the Pendopo of the Regent’s Official Residence, was attended by
the Regional Secretary of PALI Regency, Kartika Yanti, SH., MH., Head of the
Communication, Statistics, and Encryption Office (Diskominfo–Staper) Khairiman,
S.Pt., M.Si., representatives from the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs
of the Republic of Indonesia, members of the local leadership coordination forum
(Forkopimda), heads of regional offices (OPD), and various invited guests.
As the technology provider for the Contact Center 112 service, JAST ensures that the
emergency response system in PALI operates with high standards, is responsive, and
is easily accessible to the public. JAST’s technology enables residents to contact 112
free of charge, without credit, without data packages, and even when their mobile
phones are in a locked state.
JAST’s Commercial Director, Sri Akhadah, who attended the event, expressed
appreciation for PALI Regency’s progressive steps in strengthening public safety
services.“The 112 service can be reached free of charge, without credit, without data
packages, and even when the mobile phone is locked. This is a major breakthrough
for public safety,” he emphasized.
With the launch of Contact Center 112, JAST hopes the people of PALI can benefit
from faster, easier, and more integrated emergency services. JAST is also committed
to continuing its support for local governments in developing digital services,
particularly those that enhance public safety and comfort.
