Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 Tel 462-21 29953000 Fax 462-21 29953001 www.medcoenergi.com MEDCOENERGI Corporate Guarantee by PT Medco LNG Indonesia (“MLI”) to PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) (“Bank Mandir?”) upon the loan received by PT Satria Raksa Buminusa (“SRB”), both are Subsidiaries whose entire shares are directly and indirectly owned by the Company. 3. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Facts Terkait Pemberian Jaminan kepada Bank Mandiri atas Fasilitas Kredit keduanya tanggal 10 Desember 2025 yang diterima secara langsung oleh SRB sebesar Rp1.282.500.000.000 (satu triliun dua ratus delapan puluh dua miliar lima ratus juta Rupiah) (“Fasilitas Kredit”), dimana (i) MLI bertindak sebagai pemberi jaminan dan (ii) Bank Mandiri sebagai penerima jaminan. In relation to Corporate Guarantee of Credit Facility both dated 10 December 2025 from Bank Mandiri to SRB in the amount of IDR1,282,500,000,000 (one trillion two hundred and eighty-two billion five hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) (“Credit Facility”), whereby (i) MLI acts as the guarantor and (ii) Bank Mandiri as the guaranteed beneficiary. 4. | Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik / Impact of such material information or fact to the Company's operational, law, financial condition or business Tidak terdapat dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik.
