Sehubungan dengan terjadinya bencana banjir dan tanah longsor di sejumlah kota dan kabupaten di Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Barat, dan Aceh, berikut adalah penjelasan dari Perseroan: 1. Apakah Perseroan atau entitas dalam grup usaha memiliki fasilitas produksi atau Operasional yang berada di kota dan kabupaten yang terdampak bencana banjir dan tanah longsor? Jika ya, agar dapat dijelaskan: a. Jenis fasilitas produksi dan operasional yang terdampak bencana banjir atau tanah longsor. Jawaban: Tidak ada fasilitas produksi dan operasional yang terdampak bencana banjir atau tanah longsor. b. Detail lokasi, jenis kegiatan, status kepemilikan atau pengelolaan fasilitas tersebut, serta nominal dan persentase pendapatan yang produksinya melibatkan fasilitas tersebut. Jawaban: Tidak ada fasilitas produksi dan operasional yang terdampak bencana banjir atau tanah longsor. c. Sejauh mana fasilitas produksi atau operasional terdampak atas bencana banjir dan tanah longsor. Jawaban: Tidak ada fasilitas produksi dan operasional yang terdampak bencana banjir dan tanah longsor. d. Status operasional dari fasilitas produksi/operasional tersebut (proses persiapan untuk beroperasi/sudah beroperasi kembali/pemberhentian sementara). Jawaban: Status operasional dari fasilitas produksi/operasional beroperasi secara normal. e. Dalam hal saat ini kegiatan produksi Perseroan dilakukan pemberhentian sementara, agar dapat dijelaskan target waktu kegiatan produksi Perseroan dapat berjalan normal kembali. Jawaban: Kegiatan produksi Perseroan tidak dilakukan pemberhentian sementara, semua beroperasi secara normal.

Dampak terhadap karyawan dan aset fasilitas produksi. Jawaban: Tidak ada dampak terhadap karyawan maupun aset fasilitas produksi. 2. Dampak insiden ini terhadap strategi pasokan dan logistik Perseroan, termasuk kemungkinan relokasi sebagian proses produksi, pengalihan distribusi, atau pencarian kawasan industri alternatif. Jawaban: Tidak ada dampak insiden terhadap strategi pasokan dan logistik Perseroan. 3. Dampak terhadap aspek keuangan dan aspek hukum baik saat ini maupun potensi di masa mendatang. Jawaban: Tidak ada dampak insiden banjir dan tanah longsor terhadap aspek keuangan dan aspek hukum baik saat ini maupun potensi di masa mendatang. 4. Langkah penanganan yang telah dilakukan Perseroan untuk memastikan keselamatan karyawan, lingkungan, dan keberlanjutan operasional fasilitas tersebut. Jawaban: Langkah penanganan yang telah dilakukan Perseroan: 1. Menghimbau karyawan menghindari area banjir. 2. Membuat dokumen sistematis yang mencakup prosedur evakuasi, penunjukan tim darurat, dan bagan komando yang jelas. 3. Melakukan penguatan atau peninggian fasilitas penting, serta memastikan sistem drainase berfungsi optimal. 4. Menjaga kebersihan saluran air. 5. Asuransi untuk menanggung potensi kerugian yang terjadi akibat insiden tersebut (jika ada). Jawaban: Perseroan telah mengasuransikan seluruh aset berupa pabrik, mesin beserta persediaan barang atas resiko banjir. 6. Informasi/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup Perseroan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham Perseroan. Jawaban: Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa sampai dengan saat ini tidak terdapat informasi, fakta, atau kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup Perseroan dan dapat mempengaruhi harga saham Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik.

Does the Company or entities in the business group have production or operational facilities located in cities and districts affected by floods and landslides? If yes, to explain: a. Types of production and operational facilities affected by flood or landslide disasters. Answer: No production and operational facilities were affected by floods or landslides. b. Details of the location, type of activity, ownership or management status of the facility, as well as the nominal and percentage of income whose production involves the facility. Answer: No production and operational facilities were affected by floods or landslides. c. The extent to which production or operational facilities are affected by floods and landslides. Answer: No production and operational facilities were affected by floods and landslides. d. Operational status of the production/operational facility (preparation process to operate/is already operating again/temporary suspension). Answer: The operational status of production/operational facilities is operating normally. e. In the current case, the Company's production activities have been temporarily suspended, so that the target date for the Company's production activities can run normally again can be explained. Insurance to cover potential losses resulting from the incident (if any). Answer: The company has insured all assets in the form of factories, machinery and inventory against the risk of flooding.
