PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR TOWRDRCN6A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (“TOWR”) pada tanggal 01
Desember 2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi tentang – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur TOWRDRCN6A sebagaimana disebutkan
dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang
akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur TOWRDRCN6A sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen
Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
STRUCTURED WARRANT TOWRDRCN6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (“TOWR”) dated 1st
December 2025, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant TOWRDRCN6A as stated in the
Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be made to
structured warrant TOWRDRCN6A pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
