1.Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
Perseroan (RUPST) tanggal 25 Maret 2025, yang menetapkan
penunjukan Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Purwantono,
Sungkoro & Surja (firma anggota Ernst & Young Global
Limited) sebagai KAP yang akan melakukan audit atas
Laporan Keuangan Perseroan untuk Tahun Buku 2025.
2.Surat dari KAP Purwanto Susanti dan Surja No.
5164/PSS/2025 tanggal 22 Juli 2025 perihal pemberitahuan
perubahan nama KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja menjadi
KAP Purwanto Susanti dan Surja, yang kami terima pada
tanggal 1 September 2025.
3. Surat No 1371/XII/DIR-WOM/2025 tanggal 8 Desember
2025 perihal Laporan Penunjukan Akuntan Publik dan/atau
Kantor Akuntan Publik untuk Audit atas Informasi Keuangan
Historis Tahunan Tahun 2025 pada PT Wahana Ottomitra
Multiartha Tbk.
Dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan
nama KAP dari semula bernama KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro
& Surja, menjadi KAP Purwanto Susanti dan Surja.
Perubahan dimaksud tersebut hanya dilakukan atas nama
kantor KAP dan tidak terdapat perubahan terhadap bentuk
entitas, struktur kantor, anggota tim penugasan, maupun
ketentuan dalam perjanjian dan kontrak-kontrak yang ada.
Dengan demikian, KAP Purwanto Susanti dan Surja masih
merupakan KAP yang sama dengan KAP yang telah ditunjuk
dalam RUPST, sebagai firma anggota Ernst and Young Global
Limited.

1. The Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders (AGMS) of the Company dated 25 March 2025,
which appointed the Public Accounting Firm (KAP)
Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja (a member firm of Ernst &
Young Global Limited) as the Public Accounting Firm to audit
the Companys Financial Statements for the 2025 Financial
Year.
2. The letter from KAP Purwanto Susanti and Surja No.
5164/PSS/2025 dated 22 July 2025 regarding the notification
of the change of name from KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro &
Surja to KAP Purwanto Susanti and Surja, which we received
on 1 September 2025.
3. Letter No. 1371/XII/DIR-WOM/2025 dated 8 December
2025 regarding the Report on the Appointment of the Public
Accountant and/or Public Accounting Firm for the Audit of the
2025 Annual Historical Financial Information of PT Wahana
Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk.
Hereby we inform you that a change of name has taken place,
from KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja to KAP Purwanto
Susanti and Surja.
This change is limited solely to the name of the Public
Accounting Firm and does not involve any changes to the
entitys legal form, office structure, engagement team
members, or the terms of existing agreements and contracts.
Accordingly, KAP Purwanto Susanti and Surja remains the
same Public Accounting Firm as the one appointed through
the AGMS, as a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited.
