PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR PANIDRCG6A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (“PANI”) pada tanggal 24
November 2025 dan 01 Desember 2025 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Rencana Penambahan Modal
dengan HMETD.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur PANIDRCG6A sebagaimana disebutkan dalam
Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang akan
dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur PANIDRCG6A sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
STRUCTURED WARRANT PANIDRCG6A
Referring to the public disclosure of PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (“PANI”) dated 24 th November
2025 and 1st December 2025 regarding the Corporate Action – Submission of Changes to the Proposed
Schedule for the Capital Increase with Pre-emptive Rights (“PMHMETD”)
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant PANIDRCG6A as stated in the
Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be made to
structured warrant PANIDRCG6A pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
