EXT-007/MGT/INA/MEDC/IX/2023 MEDCOENERGI Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Facts Terkait uang muka Jual Beli Transaksi Minyak Mentah yang diberikan PETCO dengan nilai maksimum USD 80.000.000 (delapan puluh juta Dollar Amerika Serikat) kepada METBL dan METESPL, Perseroan memberikan penjaminan serta penanggungan atas pemenuhan kewajiban METBL dan METE&PL dalam perjanjian tersebut. / In relation to the advance payment of the crude oil sales transaction, provided by PETCO in the maximum amount of USD 80,000,000 (eighty million United States Dollars) to METBL and METESPL, the Company provides guarantee and indemnity on the obligation performance of METBL and METEBPL in such agreement.
