Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material a. PT. Pampas Electric merupakan Perusahaan yang
bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan perakitan produk elektronik
di Indonesia.
b. Tujuan Kontrak tersebut adalah untuk memenuhi
kebutuhan aktivitas produksi di lingkungan PT. Pampas
Electric dan PT. Nextron Teknologi Indonesia.
c. Ruang lingkup kontrak ini yaitu PT Wise Manajemen
Indonesia (PT. WMI) akan mengelola dan menyediakan
tenaga Kerja PT. Pampas Electric dan PT. Nextron Teknologi
Indonesia sebanyak 441 karyawan.
d. Nilai kontrak pengadaan tenaga kerja tersebut
sebesar Rp 33.665.166.843 (tiga puluh tiga miliar enam ratus
enam puluh lima juta seratus enam puluh enam ribu delapan
ratus empat puluh tiga rupiah)
e. Jangka waktu kontrak ini berlaku selama 1 tahun
sejak ditanda tangani.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak Kejadian atas informasi atau fakta material tersebut
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan adanya peningkatan kegiatan operasional dan meningkatakan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pendapatan Perseroan disamping itu transaksi tersebut tidak

Description of Material Information or a. PT. Pampas Electric is a company engaged in the

b. The purpose of the contract is to meet the production needs
of PT. Pampas Electric and PT. Nextron Teknologi Indonesia.
c. The scope of this contract is that PT Wise Manajemen
Indonesia (PT. WMI) will manage and provide 441 employees
for PT. Pampas Electric and PT. Nextron Teknologi Indonesia.
d. The value of the labor procurement contract is IDR
33,665,166,843 (thirty-three billion six hundred sixty-five million
one hundred sixty-six thousand eight hundred forty-three
rupiah).
e. The contract period is valid for 1 year from the date of
signing.
