Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan memberitahukan bahwa berdasarkan Keputusan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB)
Perseroan melakukan Perubahan Nama Perseroan,
Perubahan Kedudukan dan Alamat Lengkap Perseroan,
Peningkatan Modal Dasar Perseroan, secara efektif pada
tanggal 14 Juli 2026, sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Surat
Keputusan Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia Nomor
AHU0052377.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026, tertanggal 14 Juli 2026.
Keputusan tersebut diterima oleh Perseroan dari Notaris pada
tanggal 30 Juli 2026. Perseroan telah melakukan pembaruan
dan perubahan pada beberapa aspek fundamental sebagai
berikut:
1) Perubahan Nama Perseroan: Nama Perseroan diubah dari:
PT Multi Makmur Lemindo Tbk Menjadi PT Oxala Energy
International Tbk
2) Perubahan Kedudukan dan Alamat Lengkap Perseroan:
Kedudukan dan kantor pusat Perseroan berpindah dari Kota
Tangerang ke Jakarta Selatan, dengan alamat lengkap baru:
Jl. Iskandarsyah 1 No. 10, RT.5/RW.2, Kelurahan Melawai,
Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, Kota Adm Jakarta Selatan,
Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Kode Pos : 12160
3) Peningkatan Modal Dasar Perseroan:
Modal Dasar Perseroan semula sebesar Rp200.000.000.000,-
(dua ratus miliar Rupiah) yang terdiri atas 10.000.000.000
(sepuluh miliar) lembar saham menjadi sebesar
Rp274.000.000.000,- (dua ratus tujuh puluh empat miliar
Rupiah) yang terdiri atas 13.700.000.000 (tigabelas miliar
tujuhratus juta) lembar saham.
4)Perubahan Logo Perseroan: Perseroan meluncurkan
identitas visual/logo baru yang mencerminkan transformasi
dan arah strategis baru perusahaan menuju ekspansi regional.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan atau keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan. Terkait
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dengan Perubahan nama, alamat, dan logo Perseroan akan
Perusahaan Publik ditindaklanjuti dengan penyesuaian administratif pada seluruh
perizinan, kontrak kerja sama, serta identitas korporat
Perseroan.
Informasi Lain
Seluruh proses administrasi dan persetujuan regulator terkait perubahan Anggaran Dasar ini telah dilaksanakan sesuai
dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, termasuk Peraturan OJK No. 15/POJK.04/2020 dan
31/POJK.04/2015.

Description of Material Information or The Company hereby notifies that based on the Resolutions of
Facts the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS),
the Company carried out a Change of Company Name,
Change of Domicile and Full Address of the Company, and
Increase in Authorized Capital of the Company, effective as of
July 14, 2026, as stated in the Decree of the Minister of Law of
the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-
0052377.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026, dated July 14, 2026. The
Decree was received by the Company from the Notary on July
30, 2026. The Company has updated and altered several
fundamental aspects as follows:
1) Change of Company Name: The Company's name has
been changed from: PT Multi Makmur Lemindo Tbk To PT
Oxala Energy International Tbk
2) Change of Domicile and Full Address of the Company:
The domicile and head office of the Company have been
relocated from Tangerang City to South Jakarta, with the new
full address as follows: Jl. Iskandarsyah 1 No. 10, RT.5/RW.2,
Melawai Urban Village, Kebayoran Baru Sub-district, South
Jakarta Administrative City, DKI Jakarta Province, Postal
Code: 12160
3) Increase in Authorized Capital of the Company:
The Company's Authorized Capital, which was originally IDR
200,000,000,000.- (two hundred billion Indonesian Rupiah)
consisting of 10,000,000,000 (ten billion) shares, has been
increased to IDR 274,000,000,000.- (two hundred seventyfour
billion Indonesian Rupiah) consisting of 13,700,000,000
(thirteen billion seven hundred million) shares.
4)Change of Company Logo: The Company launched a new
visual identity/logo that reflects the company's transformation
and new strategic direction toward regional expansion. (new
logo attached)"
Impact of event, material information or There is no material impact of the incident, information, or
facts towards Issuers or Public material fact on the operational activities, legal, financial
Company’s operational activities, legal, condition, or business continuity of the Company. Regarding
financial condition, or going concern the change of the Company's name, address, and logo, it will
be followed up with administrative adjustments across all
licenses, cooperation contracts, as well as the corporate
identity of the Company.
Other Information
All administrative processes and regulatory approvals regarding this amendment to the Articles of Association have
been executed in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, including OJK Regulation No.
15/POJK.04/2020 and OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015.
