                                              Clarification on the Unusual Trading Activity in JELI Shares
 Type of Material Information or Facts


 Description of Material Information or     During the trading of the Companys shares, based on
 Facts                                      information obtained by the Company from third parties, sell
                                            orders of approximately 68,000,000 lots were recorded in the
                                            order book. This volume significantly exceeded the total
                                            number of the Companys listed shares on the Indonesia Stock
                                            Exchange, amounting to 12,660,000 lots, including 2,660,000
                                            lots held by public shareholders (free float). The recorded sell
                                            orders represented orders recorded in the order book and did
                                            not, by themselves, indicate that such orders had been
                                            executed.

                                            The emergence of the aforementioned sell order queue has
                                            attracted market attention. During the same period, trading in
                                            JELI shares experienced increased selling pressure and
                                            volatility, which could potentially affect investors perception of
                                            the trading of the Companys shares. In light of these
                                            circumstances, the Company hereby provides this disclosure
                                            of information to ensure that accurate, adequate, and balanced
                                            information is available to investors and stakeholders.

                                            Based on a meeting with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
                                            on 30 July 2026, the IDX clarified that the incident was not
                                            caused by an IDX system disruption, a cyberattack, or a
                                            technical malfunction (glitch) in the IDX trading system.
                                            According to the IDXs preliminary findings, the incident
                                            resulted from an error in the system of a Stock Exchange
                                            Member (Exchange Member), which caused sell orders to
                                            appear in volumes far exceeding the total number of the
                                            Companys listed shares. The issue relating to the Exchange
                                            Members system is currently being addressed.

                                            The Company remains committed to information transparency,
                                            the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG),
                                            and transparent communication with investors, regulators, and
                                            other stakeholders. The Company will continue to focus on
                                            business development and operational performance to
                                            maintain strong business fundamentals amid global economic
                                            dynamics and create long term value for shareholders.
