Execution of Meeting

Bond Holders General Meeting was attend by 69.934.297.640 that represented 86,6% (Quorum)

Result of Meeting

The result of the meeting is elaborated as follows :

I. Approved the waiver of fulfillment of financial obligations (financial ratios) in accordance with the provisions of
Article 6 paragraph 6.3 number 9) of the Trustee Agreement for the Waskita Beton Precast I Bonds for 2022, Deed
No. 13, dated March 9, 2023, drawn up before Dewantari Handayani, S.H., M.PA., Notary in Jakarta, with the
following amendments:
a. Current Ratio of at least 1.0x,
b. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) of at most 2.5x,
c. Debt Service Coverage (DSC) of at least 100%,
for the audited Annual Consolidated Financial Statements of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk as of December 31,
2025, and December 31, 2026.

II. In accordance with the provisions of Article 10, paragraph 8 of the Trustee Agreement for the Waskita Beton
Precast I Bonds of 2022, Deed No. 13, dated March 9, 2023, drawn up before Dewantari Handayani, S.H., M.PA.,
Notary in Jakarta, and its amendments, all costs for holding the General Meeting of Bondholders of Waskita Beton
Precast I Bonds of 2022, including the costs of announcing the GMB, summoning the GMB, notary fees, and other
costs related to the organization and implementation of the decisions of the GMB on December 2, 2025, will be
borne by PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk, the Issuer.
