berencana untuk mengambil alih saham PT Andalan Sakti Inti
sebanyak 51,18% (lima puluh satu koma delapan belas
persen) dari seluruh saham yang ditempatkan dan disetor
penuh dalam Perseroan atau setara dengan 349.995.000 (tiga
ratus empat puluh Sembilan juta sembilan ratus sembilan
puluh lima juta) saham yang dimiliki oleh Penjual.

you that PT Hua Yuan New Energy intends to acquire the
shares of PT Andalan Sakti Inti amounting to 51.18% (fifty-one
point eighteen percent) of the total issued and fully paid-up
