E&P Tarakan, (vi) Medco E&P Natuna Ltd, (vii) PT Medco E&P

Perseroan telah memulai untuk memperbarui sistem
Enterprise Resources Planning (Sistem ERP) dengan
melakukan migrasi ke versi SAP S/4HANA (SAP S/4HANA)
yang dimulai di tahun 2025 dengan target penyelesaian pada
tahun 2027. SAP S/4HANA tersebut akan dimanfaatkan
secara bersama oleh anak-anak perusahaan Perseroan
sehingga dapat menjalankan kegiatan usahanya masing-
masing secara ekonomis dan efisien.
Perseroan dan anak-anak usaha tersebut telah sepakat untuk
menerapkan pengaturan alokasi biaya dan menandatangani
Perjanjian Alokasi Biaya dengan masing-masing anak
perusahaan Perseroan pada tanggal 1 Desember 2025.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Publik.

which are (i) PT Medco E&P Indonesia, (ii) PT Medco E&P
Malaka, (iii) Medco E&P Grissik Ltd, (iv) PT Medco E&P
Rimau, (v) PT Medco E&P Tarakan, (vi) Medco E&P Natuna
Ltd, (vii) PT Medco E&P Simenggaris, (viii) PT Medco E&P
Tomori Sulawesi, (ix) Medco Energi Madura Offshore Pty Ltd,
(x) Medco Energi Bangkanai Limited, (xi) PT Medco E&P
Lematang, (xii) Medco LLC, (xiii) Medco Energi Thailand

The Company has started to update its Enterprise Resources
Planning system (ERP System) by migrating to the SAP
S/4HANA version (SAP S/4HANA) starting in Year 2025 with a
completion target in Year 2027. SAP S/4HANA will be co-
utilized by the subsidiaries of the Company so that they can
carry out their respective business activities economically and
efficiently.
The Company and its subsidiaries have agreed to implement a
cost allocation arrangement and signed a Cost Allocation
Agreement with each respective subsidiary on December 1,
2025.
