dengan Zurich
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 3 Desember 2025 - PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk
(BNC, Bank) menjalin kerja sama strategis dengan PT Zurich
Asuransi Indonesia Tbk (Zurich) untuk menghadirkan produk
asuransi Critical Illness Optimal Protection kepada nasabah
BNC melalui skema bancassurance. Produk ini memberikan
manfaat santunan kepada tertanggung apabila didiagnosis
mengidap penyakit kritis tahap awal, penyakit kritis tahap
akhir, atau penyakit terminal (terminal illness), termasuk di
antaranya perlindungan terhadap 34 penyakit kritis, dan sudah
tersedia bagi nasabah di seluruh kantor cabang BNC sejak
November 2025 lalu.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, December 3, 2025 - PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk
Facts (BNC or the Bank) has entered into a strategic partnership with
PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk (Zurich) to introduce the
Critical Illness Optimal Protection insurance product to BNC
customers through a bancassurance scheme. This product
provides financial benefits to policyholders diagnosed with
early-stage critical illness, late-stage critical illness, or terminal
illness, covering 34 types of critical diseases. The product has
been available to customers across all BNC branches since
November 2025.
