Stockbit bahwa ada pihak yang mengatas namakan Perseroan
membuat Laporan Keterbukaan Informasi tentang
Pengakhiran dini kontrak jasa logistic yang bersifat material.
b. Perseroan Menyanggah atas Laporan tersebut dan
menyatakan bahwa postingan/unggahan yang beredar
tersebut adalah Palsu/ HOAX dari pihak-pihak yang tidak
bertanggung jawab, sehingga memberikan dampak yang
merugikan Perseroan
c. Dampak atas kejadian, informasi tersebut
menyebabkan kerugian yang bersifat material dan merusak
citra Perseroan di mata Public dan pihak-pihak yang
berkepentingan
d. Perseroan sedang menyelidiki sumber unggahan dan
akan mempertimbangkan untuk menempuh proses hukum
atas penyebaran informasi palsu yang merugikan Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak atas kejadian, informasi tersebut menyebabkan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kerugian yang bersifat material dan merusak citra Perseroan di
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, mata Public dan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

material logistics service contract.
b. The Company refutes the Report and states that the
circulating post/upload is false/a HOAX from irresponsible
parties, thereby causing detrimental effects to the Company.
c. The impact of this incident is that the information has
caused material losses and damaged the Company's image in
the eyes of the public and interested parties.
d. The Company is investigating the source of the
uploads and will consider taking legal action against the
dissemination of false information that is detrimental to the
Company.
