Information or other material facts. 3 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Keterbukaan Informasi ini dibuat sebagai kelanjutan dari Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan tanggal 21 Juli 2026 melalui surat No. 026/Corsec-MBSS/VII/2026. Pada tanggal 31 Juli 2026, PT Galley Adhika Arnawama selaku pemegang saham mayoritas Perseroan (“Penjual”) dan PT Wibowo Group Capital (“Pembeli”) telah menandatangani Perjanjian Jual Beli Saham, dan Penjual telah menyelesaikan penjualan saham milik Penjual sebanyak 1.443.766.800 saham atau mewakili 82,5” dari total ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam Perseroan kepada Pembeli melalui mekanisme Crossing pada Pasar Negosiasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (“Transaksi”). Transaksi antara Penjual dan Pembeli tidak terdapat hubungan afiliasi dan tidak mengandung benturan kepentingan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No.42/POJK/04/2020 tentang — Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan. Description of Information or Material Fact. | This Disclosure of Information is made as a follow-up to the Company's Disclosure of Information dated 21 July 2026 as submitted under Letter No. 026/Corsec-MBSS/VII/2026. On 31 July 2026, PT Galley Adhika Arnawama, as the Company's majority shareholder (the "Seller") and PT Wibowo Group Capital (the "Purchaser”) have signed Shares Sale and Purchase Agreement, and the Seller has completed the sale of 1,443,766,800 shares representing 82.545 of the Company's issued and fully paid-up share capital to the Purchaser through crossing transaction on the Negotiated Market of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“Transaction”). The Transaction between the Seller and the Purchaser does not constitute an affiliated transaction and does not involve any conflict of interest as referred to in OJK Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning — Affiliated 4
