00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022
tentang Perubahan Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi, pada ketentuan butir (II1.3.1)
perihal Kewajiban Perusahaan Tercatat untuk
melaksanakan Public Expose Tahunan paling kurang 1
(satu) kali atas permintaan BEI, dan Surat Edaran
Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. SE-00003/BEI/05-
2020 tanggal 29 Mei 2020 tentang Tata Cara
Pelaksanaan Public Expose Secara Elektronik, maka
bersama ini kami sampaikan rencana Perseroan untuk
menyelenggarakan Public Expose Tahunan, sebagai
berikut:

PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“IDX”) No. Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 dated September 30, 2022
concerning Amendments to Regulation No. I-E
concerning the Obligation to Submit Information, in
the provisions of point (II1.3.1) concerning the
Obligation of Listed Companies to carry out Annual
Public Expose atleast 1 (One) time at the reguest of
the IDX, and Circular Letter of the Board of Directors
of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. SE-00003/BEI/05-
2020 dated May 29, 2020 concerning Procedures for
Implementing Public Exposes Electronically,
therefore, Company's hereby convey the Company's
plan to hold an Annual Public Expose, which will be
