35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dan ketentuan IV.9
Peraturan No. I- E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi (Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa
Efek Indonesia No. Kep-306/BEJ/07/2004), Direksi PT Fimperkasa Utama Tbk (“Perseroan”) dengan
ini mengumumkan penunjukan Bapak Udi Wahyono selaku Sekretaris Perusahaan (Corporate

In compliance with Article 10 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate Secretaries of Issuers or Public Companies and provision
IV.9 of Regulation No. I-E concerning the Obligation to Submit Information (Attachment to the Decree
of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-306/BEJ/07/2004), the Board of
Directors of PT Fimperkasa Utama Tbk (the "Company") hereby announces the appointment of Mr.
Udi Wahyono as the Company's Corporate Secretary effective December 1, 2025, replacing Mr. Fahmi
Fadillah.
