  Improving ESG Practices, ANTAM Achieves Gold Rank in ASRRAT 2025


Jakarta, December 1, 2025 – PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) or ANTAM receives the Gold Rank for
the 2024 Sustainability Report at the Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASRRAT) 2025 event. The
award was presented by the National Center for Corporate Reporting (NCCR) in collaboration with
the Institute of Certified Sustainability Practitioners (ICSP) on Friday, November 28, 2025, in Bali.

ANTAM's Corporate Secretary, Wisnu Danandi Haryanto,          stated that this achievement is a
recognition of ANTAM's commitment to               implementing Environmental, Social, and
Governance (ESG) principles in all aspects of the business.

"This award is also proof of ANTAM's seriousness in submitting the       Company's sustainability
report as a form of transparency for shareholders on the sustainability efforts made. We
conduct Our operations in accordance with ESG principles         , which refer to international
standards to ensure that ANTAM's operations have a positive impact not only on
shareholders, but also on the economic and social independence of the community, as well as
preserving the environment,” said Wisnu.

ANTAM has consistently improved its sustainability practices, including the use of   a renewable
energy mix, preparation of a decarbonization roadmap, sustainability roadmap, and synergy with
the surrounding communities in implementing social and environmental responsibility programs
around the area of operation.

“The implementation of good mining practice and operation excellence is part of                  Our

carried out in accordance with sustainability will benefit the future of the next generation,”
added Wisnu.

ASRRAT assesses the quality of the company's sustainability report based on transparency and
accountability, with a panel of certified experts from academics and practitioners.

At the 21 st event this year, ASRRAT was attended by a number of organizations from the private,
public, and higher education sectors, with the theme of Enhanced Transparency and Accountability
for Sustainable Business.

ANTAM's success in achieving Gold Rank indicates that the Company's ESG implementation has a
positive impact on society and the environment, while meeting international standards in
sustainability reporting.
