ANTAM Affirms Governance Commitment with Most Trusted
CGPI 2024 Rating
Jakarta, November 28, 2025 – PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) or ANTAM, member of MIND ID,
received the Most Trusted rating in the 2024 Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) event
organized by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) in collaboration with SWA
magazine, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, in Jakarta.
ANTAM's Director of Finance and Risk Management, Arianto Sabtonugroho Rudjito, said that the
award is a reflection of ANTAM's commitment to maintaining the Company's health through the
implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
“In conducting our operations, We always prioritize the implementation of Good Corporate
Governance and carry out business process based on risk management . ANTAM has long
established a framework and foundation for this , " said Arianto.
ANTAM's achievement in CGPI 2024 as the Most Trusted Company reflects the Company's
seriousness to continue to improve the implementation of good corporate governance across all
lines of operations. ANTAM achieved a total score of 88.02 (Most Trusted).
CGPI has been implemented since 2001 as a research and rating program to encourage companies
to strengthen their understanding and application of governance principles. CGPI assessments are
conducted through self -assessment, document evaluation, and observation, which emphasizes the
importance of governance structures, processes, and government results as the foundation of
accountable and competitive compan ies.
In 2024, the CGPI program was participated in by 52 companies consisting of financial, non -financial,
State-Owned Enterprises, and Regional -Owned Enterprises . Based on the result of the rank ing, IICG
designate d 25 companies in the Most Trusted category, 26 companies in the Trusted category, and
1 company in the Fairly Trusted category.
As one of the most consistent governance assessment programs in Indonesia, CGPI has become a
reference for companies in improving organizational capabilities, risk management, and integration
of GCG principles in business processes. The implementation of C GPI 2024 reaffirms the importance
of governance as a fundamental element that supports corporate sustainability, transparency , and
resilience.

With these results, ANTAM affirms its commitment to continue strengthening its governance
practices in line with national and international standards to support the company's sustainable
performance and long -term value.
"The commitment to implement GCG is carried out not only within the Company, but also among
ANTAM's subsidiaries. Hopefully, in the future, with the implementation of GCG practices and a good
risk management framework, ANTAM can support business processes as a whole in the ANTAM
