2025, perihal volatilitas transaksi efek PT Perma Plasindo Tbk. Bersama ini kami kami sampaikan penjelasan

In connection with the letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. S-13424/BEI.PP3/09-2024 dated 28
November 2025 regarding the volatility of securities transactions of PT Perma Plasindo Tbk., we hereby submit
the Company’s explanation as follows
Pada tanggal 25 November 2025 telah terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan harga saham PT Perma Plasindo Tbk
(BINO) sebagai berikut:
On 25 November 2025, there was an increase in the trading activity and share price of PT Perma Plasindo Tbk
(BINO) as follows:
1. Aktivitas transaksi meningkat menjadi sebanyak 94.842.000 saham dengan frekuensi 12.479 kali
dibandingkan hari bursa sebelumnya sebanyak 3.885.300 saham dengan frekuensi 538 kali.
2. Harga ditutup meningkat sebesar Rp23 atau 16,31% dari harga penutupan sebelumnya pada Rp141
menjadiRp164
3. IHSG menurun sebesar -48,37 poin dan indeks sektoral (Industrials) meningkat sebesar 54,83 poin.
1. Trading activity increased to 94,842,000 shares with 12,479 transactions, compared to the previous
trading day of 3,885,300 shares with 538 transactions.
2. The share price closed up by Rp23 or 16.31% from the previous closing price of Rp141 to Rp164.
3. The IHSG decreased by 48.37 points, while the sectoral index (Industrials) increased by 54.83 points.

Jawaban/Answer: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. The Company is not aware of any activity by certain shareholders as regulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Reports of Ownership or Any Changes in Ownership of Shares of a Public Company. 5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? The Company does not have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate actions that may affect the listing of the Company’s shares on the Exchange (at least within the
next 3 months)
6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini
Corporate Secretary agar menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut.
Plans of the major shareholders regarding their share ownership in the Company. In this regard, the
Corporate Secretary should first consult the major shareholders before responding to this confirmation.
Jawaban/Answer:
Berdasarkan konfirmasi kepada pemegang saham utama, sampai saat ini pemegang saham utama tidak
memiliki rencana apa pun terkait perubahan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
Based on confirmation with the major shareholder, as of today the major shareholder has no plans
regarding any changes to its share ownership in the Company.
