Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material I. Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk, telah
melakukan tambahan setoran modal/ investasi pada PT
Arthamas Solusindo, berkedudukan di Jakarta Pusat
sebesar Rp.880.000.000.000,- ( delapan ratus delapan puluh
miliar Rupiah ) melalui konversi utang menjadi saham ( debt-
to-equity swap ) .
II. Jumlah penyertaan modal/ tambahan setoran modal
tersebut tidak melebihi 20 % dari ekuitas Perusahaan,
sehingga penyertaan modal tersebut tidak bersifat
material.
III Transaksi tersebut telah disetujui dalam Risalah
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa ( RUPSLB ) PT
Arthamas Solusindo pada tanggal 28 November 2025.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
