Tata Cara Pendaftaran :

1, Mengingat keterbatasan kapasitas platform online (zoom meeting) dan demi kelancaran acara, maka
kepesertaan masing-masing institusi dibatasi maksimal 2 (dua) orang. Peserta yang ingin mengikuti
Public Expose (PUBEX) Insidentil melalui online (zoom meeting) wajib mengisi formulir pendaftaran
pada tautan berikut https://forms.gle/l4kZKKzSjpbeUVfC7 selambat-lambatnya pada 1 Desember
2025 pukul 16.00 WIB.

2. Detail Meeting ID dan Password akan diberikan melalui alamat email yang didaftarkan pada formulir
registrasi point 1 diatas.

3. Tata cara pelaksanaan Public Expose Insidentil secara Elektronik termasuk tata cara penyampaian
pertanyaan akan dikirimkan melalui email dan akan dibacakan kembali sebelum Public Expose dimulai,

Materi Public Expose (PUBEX) Insidentil akan disediakan dan dapat diunduh pada website Perseroan
www.persada.id pada tanggal 1 Desember 2025 yaitu bersamaan dengan penyampaian materi Public
Expose (PUBEX) Insidentil ke BEI.

Incidental Public Expose (PUBEX) to the IDX

This event will be attended by the Company's Directors, President Director of the Company (Mrs. Cahyanul
Uswah) and the Director of the Company (Mr Yayan Dharmawangsa) and the Management of the
Company.

Registration Procedure:

1. Due to the limited capacity of online (zoom meeting) platform and for the smooth running of the
event, the participation of each institution is limited toa maximum of 2 (two) participants. Participants
who wish to participate in the Public Expose incidental via online (zoom meeting) must fill in the
registration form at the following link https://forms.gle/L4kZKKzSipbeUVFC7 at the latest on
December 1, 2025 at 4.00 PM.

2. Meeting ID and Password details will be provided via the email address registered in the registration
form point 1 above.

3. The procedure for the Implementation of the Electronic Public Expose incidental including the
procedure for submitting guestions will be sent via email and will be read back before the Public
Expose begins.

Public Expose (PUBEX) incidental materials will be provided and can be downloaded on the Company's
website www.persada.id on December 1, 2025 along with the submission of Public Expose (PUBEX)
incidental materials to the IDX,
