Sesuai ketentuan pada poin IV.2.11
Peraturan I-E, dengan ini kami
sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah
menyediakan dana untuk pelunasan
pokok dan bunga serta imbalan ijarah
untuk Seri A, dengan rincian sebagai
berikut:

1. Obligasi Berkelanjutan | Petrosea
Tahap I Tahun 2024 Seri A sebesar
Rp 47.000.000.000 dengan tingkat
bunga sebesar 6,509, dan

2. Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I
Petrosea Tahap I Tahun 2024 Seri A
sebesar Rp 33.000.000.000 dengan
imbal ijarah sebesar
Rp2.145.000.000,

Keduanya akan jatuh tempo pada

tanggal 20 Desember 2025.

Inaccordance with the provisions of point
IV.2.11 of Regulation I-£, we hereby
inform you that the Company has
provided funds for the repayment of
principal and interest as well as the ijarah
return for Series A, with the following
details:

Petrosea Trance I Of 2024 Series A in
the amount of Rp 47,000,000,000 with
an interest rate of 6.5096: and

Ijarah I Petrosea Trance 1 of 2024
Series A in the amount of Rp
33,000,000,000 with an ijarah return
amounting to Rp2,145,000,000,
Both of which will mature on 20
December 2025.

Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada
PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
paling lambat pada tanggal 19
Desember 2025 pukul 14:00 WIB yang
akan didistribusikan oleh KSEI kepada
pemegang Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah
pada tanggal 20 Desember 2025.

The funds will be paid to PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia no later than 19
December 2025, at 2:00 PM WIB, and will
be distributed by KSEI to the Bondholders
and Sukuk Ijarah holders on 20 December
2025.

Petrosea Tahap I Tahun 2024 Seri A,
maka seluruh kewajiban Perseroan
terkait Obligasi dan Sukuk Ijarah Seri A
tersebut telah terpenuhi dan berakhir.

With the upcoming repayment of the
principal and interest of of the Petrosea
Shelf Registered Bond I Petrosea Trance I
Of 2024 Series A as well as the Petrosea
Shelf Registered Sukuk Ijarah I Petrosea
Trance 1 of 2024 Series A, all of the
Company's obligations related to the said
Bond and Sukuk Ijarah Series A will be
fulfilled and concluded.
