pelaksanaannya sampai dengan waktu yang akan ditentukan kemudian.

Referring to the Announcement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
(EGMS) ("Meeting") of the Company on November 12, 2025, it is hereby announced to the
shareholders of the Company that the Meeting of the Company which was originally
scheduled to be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 has been postponed until the time to be
determined later.
