KS/999/090323 ClipanFinance pam onoup N Perihal Keterangan Ld Subject Description 3 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Menunjuk kepada POJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Material Description of Information or Material Fact Keterbukaan Informasi atas Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik: dan ketentuan Peraturan I-E, Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No: Kep-00066/BEI/09- 2022 tanggal 1 Oktober 2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, maka bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa pada tanggal 26 November 2025, Perseroan telah mengalami serangan siber. Sebagai antisipasi, Perseroan melakukan temporary switch off beberapa sistem utama yang menyebabkan terganggunya layanan kepada debitur dan sebagian kegiatan operasional. Anggota Tim Tanggap Insiden Siber (TTIS) Perseroan telah bekerja sama dengan pihak terkait (authorities) untuk mengidentifikasi area teknis yang memerlukan penyesuaian dan saat ini tengah melakukan proses stabilisasi sistem. Langkah-langkah — pemulihan dilakukan secara rea/-time untuk meminimalkan | potensi gangguan terhadap layanan utama. Reterring to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure Of Information or Material Facts by Issuer or Public Company, and the provisions of Regulation KE, The Attachment to the Decree oF the Board of Directors of' PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022 dated 1 October 2022 concerning Amendments to Regulation I-E concerning Obligations for Submitting Information, we hereby inform you that on November 26, 2025, the Company has experienced a cyber attack. As an anticipation, the Company has temporarily Switched off several main systems and this has caused disruption of services to customers and some of the Company operational activities. Members of the Company's Cyber Incident Response Team (TTIS) have been working with relevant authorities to identify technical areas that reguire adjustment and are currently in the process of Stabilizing the system.
