Direktur Penilaian Perusahaan/Director of Listing Ibu Vera Florida Kepala Divisi Penilaian Perusahaan 1/Head of Corporate Appraisal Division 1 Perihal/ : Penjelasan atas Perubahan Lebih dari 204 pada Pos Jumlah Aset dan Liabilitas Re. atas Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Interim PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk (“Perseroan”) untuk Periode Sembilan Bulan yang Berakhir 30 September 2025/ Explanation regarding Changes of More than 204: in the Posts of Total Assets and Liabilities of Interim Consolidated Financial Statements for the Nine Month Periods Ended 30 September 2025 of PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk (the “Company”) Dengan hormat, Merujuk pada butir 1Il.1.1.4 Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep- 00015/BEI/01-2021 tanggal 29 Januari 2021 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi (“Peraturan I-E"), bersama ini Perseroan menyampaikan kepada BEI bahwa Perseroan telah mengalami perubahan lebih dari 206 pada Pos Jumlah Aset dan Liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Interim untuk periode sembilan bulan yang berakhir 30 September 2025. Jumlah Aset Perseroan per 30 September 2025 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 34,54 dengan jumlah sebesar AS$712.472.884 dibandingkan dengan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian per 31 Desember 2024 sebesar AS$529.721.253. Kenaikan tersebut terutama disebabkan oleh kenaikan pada pos aset tetap dan uang muka dan biaya dibayar dimuka - bagian tidak lancar sebesar AS$134.313.856, sejalan dengan meningkatnya aktivitas konstruksi infrastruktur pertambangan PT Puncak Emas Tani Sejahtera (“PETS”) dan PT Gorontalo Sejahtera Mining (“GSM”), dimana per 1 Oktober 2025, PETS sudah mulai melakukan kegiatan penambangan secara komersial, pembangunan fasilitas pengolahan di PT Pani Bersama Tambang (“PBT”) juga terus berjalan, yang diproyeksikan bijih hasil tambang sudah mulai bisa ditumpuk dan irigasi pada November 2025. Dear Sir(s), In accordance with point 111.1.1.4 of Decision Letter of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Number: Kep-00015/BE//01- 2021 dated 29 January 2021 regarding Amendment of Regulation Number I-£ on Obligation to Disclosure of Information (“Regulation I-£”), the Company hereby informs to IDX changes of more than 204 in its Total Assets and Liabilities in the Interim Consolidated Financial Statements for the nine month periods ended 30 September 2025. The Company's total assets as of 30 September 2025 increased by 34.54 to US3$712,472,884 compared to the Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31 December 2024 of US$529,721,253. The increase was mainly due to increase in property, plant and eguipment and advances and prepayments non-current portion of US$134,313,856, in line with the increasing construction activities of PT Puncak Emas Tani Sejahtera (“PETS”) and PT Gorontalo Sejahtera Mining (“GSM”) mining infrastructure, which PETS has commenced commercial mining operations as of 1 October 2025, the development of the processing facility at PT Pani Bersama Tambang (“PBT”) is also progressing, with the ore expected to start being stacked and irrigation by November 2025.

PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk Go MERDEKA GOLD Jumlah Liabilitas Perseroan per 30 September 2025 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 27,14 dengan jumlah sebesar AS$326.246.040 dibandingkan dengan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian per 31 Desember 2024 sebesar AS$256.684.638. Kenaikan tersebut terutama disebabkan oleh kenaikan utang usaha sebesar AS$4.712.728, beban yang masih harus dibayar sebesar AS$33.430.509, dan pinjaman dari pihak berelasi sebesar AS$24.669.426. Adapun peningkatan signifikan atas liabilitas tersebut sejalan dengan meningkatnya aktivitas konstruksi infrastruktur pertambangan PETS dan GSM, serta pembangunan fasilitas pengolahan di PBT. The Company's total liabilities as of 30 September, 2025, increased by 27.14 to US$326, 246,040 compared to the Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31 December, 2024, of US$256,684,638. This increase was primarily due to an increase in trade payables of US$4,712,728, accrued expenses of US$33,430,509, and loan from related party of US$24,669,426. The significant increase in these liabilities is in line with the increase in PETS and GSM mining infrastructure construction activities and the construction of processing facilities at PBT.
