Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan
atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

4. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Tanggapan:

Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat atau
dalam 3 bulan mendatang, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan
saham Perseroan di Bursa. Namun demikian, dalam hal ke depannya Perseroan memutuskan untuk
melakukan suatu tindakan korporasi, maka Perseroan akan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi
sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

5. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai
efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi penodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor

Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai
efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor
I.E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir poin 1I1.2.1 dan IV.2.1 Lampiran Keputusan
Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BE1/01-2021.

6. Kami mohon hal tersebut dikonfirmasikan juga kepada pemegang saham mayoritas untuk antisipasi
kemungkinan adanya transaksi tertentu yang akan dilakukan pemegang saham mayoritas.

Tanggapan:

Saat ini, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, selaku pemegang saham mayoritas Perseroan tidak
mempunyai rencana untuk melakukan aksi korporasi apapun terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan.

on Securities Transaction Volatility, the Company hereby provides the following explanations:

1. Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that may affect the price of the Company's

Response:

The Company is not currently aware of any material information or facts that may affect the price of

securities and the Company's survival, which have not been disclosed to the public.

The Company is not aware of any other important information/facts/events that are material and may

The Company is not aware of any activities from certain shareholders as stipulated in the Financial
Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 on Reports of Share Ownership or Any
Changes in Share Ownership in Public Companies.

4. Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including any
corporate plans that may affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange (within at least
the next 3 months)?

Response:

The Company currently has no corporate action plans in the near future, ar within the next 3 months,
including any plans that would affect the listing of its shares on the Exchange. However, should the
Company decides to undertake any corporate actions in the future, we will submit the reguired
disclosures in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that may affect the price of the Company's
securities or the investors investment decision, as stipulated in the Regulation Number I-E:
Obligation to Submit Information, provisions of points II.2.1 and IV.2.1, Attachment to the Decree of
the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BE1/01-2021?

Response:

The Company is not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the price of its
securities or investor's investment decisions, as stipulated in the Regulation Number I-E: Obligation
to Submit Information, provisions of points !I!.2.1 and IV.2.1, Attachment to the Decree of the Board
of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BE//01-2021.

6. Please confirm with the majority shareholder to anticipate any possible certain transaction that may
be carried out by the majority shareholder.

Response:

Currently, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, as the majority shareholder of the Company does not
have any plans to undertake corporate actions related to its share ownership in the Company.
