Sampai dengan tanggal Surat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material mengenai Volatilitas Saham yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal. Apabila selanjutnya terdapat informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal, Perseroan akan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi sesuai ketentuan yang diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. Jakarta, 26 November 2025 Explanation of Transaction Volatility on Securities Dear Sir, Referring to the reguest for explanation by PT Bursa Efek Indonesia or the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) through 13363/BEI.PP3/11-2025 dated 24 November 2025 to PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (“Company”) regarding Reguest for Explanation of Securities Transaction Volatility (“IDX Letter”), hereby our explanation regarding the increase in the activity and price of the Company's shares on 21 November 2025 (“Volatility"). As of the date of this Letter, the Company is not aware of any material information or facts during the Volatility that could affect the value of company's shares or investment decisions from the investors. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point 111.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01- 2021. Sampai dengan tanggal Surat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material selama Volatilitas — Saham — yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal. Apabila selanjutnya terdapat informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal, Perseroan akan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi sesuai ketentuan yang diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, ketentuan butir point IIl.2.1 dan IV.21, Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. Setelah melakukan penelaahan terhadap Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada tanggal Volatilitas Saham, tidak terdapat aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. 2. Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the company's shares or investment decisions of investors as stipulated in Rule Number I-E: Obligation to Submit Information, provision in point 1Il.2.1. and IV.2.1. After reviewing the Company's Shareholders Register on the date of the Volatility, there was no activity from certain shareholders in any form as regulated in OJK Regulation No. 11/POJK-04/2017 concerning Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Ownership of Public Company Shares. &

Sampai dengan tanggal Surat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat serta dalam bentuk apapun yang berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa. Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham pengendali dan utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan? Dalam hal ini, Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham Pengendali dan utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Berdasarkan konfirmasi yang telah disampaikan oleh Pemegang Saham Pengendali dan Utama kepada Corporate Secretary, Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa Pemegang Saham Pengendali dan Utama memiliki kepercayaan yang tinggi atas prospek bisnis Perseroan di bidang pelayanan kesehatan dan akan tetap mempertahankan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Do the controlling and major shareholders have any intentions regarding their share ownership in the Company? In this case, the Corporate Secretary will first consult with the controlling and major shareholders to provide this confirmation. According to the confirmation submitted by the Controlling and Majority Shareholders to the Corporate Secretary, the Company would like to convey that the Controlling and Majority Shareholders have a high level of confidence in the Company's business prospects within the healthcare sector and will continue to maintain their share ownership in the Company.
