Material / Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“BBRI”) telah

or Fact Kredit dihadapan Notaris Riky Rahadi Nugroho, S.H.,
M.Kn (“Perjanjian Kredit”).
On November 21, 2025, the Company and PT Bank Rakyat
Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“BBRI”) executed Deed No. 390 of
the Credit Line Facility Agreement in front of Notary Riky
Rahadi Nugroho, S.H., M.Kn. (“Loan Agreement”)

Berdasarkan Perjanjian Kredit tersebut, Perseroan
mendapatkan fasilitas kredit dengan plafond sebesar
Rp200.000.000.000,- (dua ratus miliar rupiah) untuk
jangka waktu 1 (satu) tahun.
