Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk hasil keputusan RUPO PT Integrasi Jaringan
Ekosistem yang telah dilaksanakan pada hari Senin, tanggal
10 November 2025, dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa
Perseroan melalui KSEI telah melakukan pelunasan pokok
dan pembayaran bunga ke-6 atas Obligasi I Integrasi Jaringan
Ekosistem Tahun 2024 Seri C kepada pemegang obligasi
yang telah dilakukan via system C-Best ke sub rekening dari
pemegang rekening KSEI pada tanggal 18 November 2025.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga ke-6 atas Obligasi I
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem Tahun 2024 Seri C memberikan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dampak positif bagi Emiten, menunjukkan kemampuan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan untuk memenuhi seluruh kewajiban finansialnya
Perusahaan Publik secara tepat waktu. Hal ini meningkatkan kepercayaan
pemegang obligasi dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Tidak
terdapat dampak negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional,
hukum, kondisi keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan; seluruh aktivitas usaha tetap berjalan normal.

Type of Material Information or Facts 2024 Series C Bonds of Obligasi I Integrasi Jaringan
Ekosistem
Description of Material Information or Referring to the resolution of the General Meeting of
Facts Bondholders (RUPO) of PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem held
on Monday, November 10, 2025, we hereby inform you that
the Company, through KSEI, has made the principal
repayment and the 6th interest payment for the 2024 Series C
Bonds of Obligasi I Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem to the
bondholders, which has been carried out via the C-Best
system to the sub-accounts of KSEI account holders on
November 18, 2025.
Impact of event, material information or The principal repayment and the 6th interest payment of the
facts towards Issuers or Public 2024 Series C Bonds provide a positive impact on the Issuer,
Company’s operational activities, legal, demonstrating the Companys ability to fulfill its financial
financial condition, or going concern obligations in a timely manner. This enhances the confidence
of bondholders and other stakeholders. There is no negative
impact on the Companys operations, legal matters, financial
condition, or business continuity; all business activities
continue to run normally.
