PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR PANIDRCG6A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (“PANI”) pada tanggal 24
November 2025 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Penyampaian Perubahan Rencana Jadwal Penambahan
Modal dengan HMETD disampaikan bahwa, terdapat perubahan atas rencana jadwal pelaksanaan
PMHMETD.
Perubahan ini dilakukan karena Perseroan masih menunggu diterbitkannya Surat Pernyataan Efektif
dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) atas pernyataan pendaftaran PMHMETD Perseroan. Dengan
demikian, seluruh tahapan dan tanggal pelaksanaan PMHMETD yang sebelumnya direncanakan akan
disesuaikan kembali setelah Perseroan menerima Surat Pernyataan Efektif dimaksud.
Perseroan akan mengumumkan jadwal PMHMETD yang terbaru sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi selengkapnya apabila
terdapat perkembangan lebih lanjut.
Mohon menjadi perhatian bahwa penyesuaian mungkin tidak akan dilakukan apabila berdasarkan
kebijaksanaan Penerbit dan tanpa batasan, dan tanpa kewajiban apa pun kepada para Pemegang
Waran Terstruktur, tidak adanya penyesuaian dianggap tepat oleh Penerbit.

ANNOUNCEMENT
TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT PANIDRCG6A
Referring to the public disclosure of PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (“PANI”) dated 24 th November
2025 regarding the Corporate Action – Submission of Changes to the Proposed Schedule for the Capital
Increase with Pre-emptive Rights (“PMHMETD”), it is hereby conveyed that there are adjustments to
the planned implementation schedule of the PMHMETD.
This adjustment is made because the Company is still awaiting the issuance of the Effective Statement
Letter from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the Company's PMHMETD registration statement.
Accordingly, all stages and implementation dates of the PMHMETD that were previously planned will
be rescheduled once the Company receives the said Effective Statement Letter.
The Company will announce the latest PMHMETD schedule in accordance with the prevailing laws and
regulations and will provide further disclosures should there be any subsequent developments.
Kindly be noted that the adjustment might not be made if based on Issuer’s sole discretion and without
limitation, and without any obligation to Structured Warrant Holders, the Issuer deems no adjustment is
appropriate.
