Dengan hormat, Dear Sir, Merujuk pada Peraturan BEI No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi (Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep- 00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022) khususnya butir 1!l.3.3 mengenai pelaksanaan Public Expose tahunan (“Peraturan BEI No. I-£”), dengan ini kami sampaikan rencana penyelenggaraan Public Expose Perseroan yang akan dilaksanakan pada: Hari, Tanggal / Day, Date Waktu/Time Tempat / Venue Pursuant to the provision of IDX Regulation No. I-£ regarding the Obligation of Information Submission (Attachment of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Decree No. Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022 dated September 30, 2022) in particular point IIl.3.3 concerning the implementation of the annual Public Expose (“IDX Regulation No. I-£”), we hereby submit the Company's Public Expose plan which will be held on: : Selasa, 9 Desember 2025 / Tuesday, December 9, 2025. : 14.00 — 16.00 WIB / 02.00 - 04.00 PM Western Indonesian Time. : Pondok Indah Golf Course, Pine Room, Jl. Metro Pondok Indah, Jakarta — 12310 Penyampaian Hasil selambat-lambatnya Desember 2025. Publik Ekspose Tahunan hari Jumat tanggal 12 Public Expose akan dihadiri oleh Direksi dan Sekretaris Perusahaan Perseroan. Sesuai dengan Peraturan BEI No. I-£ Perseroan akan menyampaikan materi Public Expose selambat- lambatnya 3 (tiga) hari bursa sebelum tanggal penyelenggaraan Public Expose. Submission of Results of the Annual Public Expose at the latest on Friday, December 12, 2025. The Public Expose will be attended by the Company's Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary. In accordance with IDX Regulation No. I-£ The Company will submit Public Expose material at the latest 3 (three) trading days before the date of Public Expose.
