PT Indospring Tbk has sold 7 (seven) units of used electric forklifts to PT Bagaskoro Mega Langgeng with a total transaction value of Rp. 350,000,000 (including VAT). The transactions described in this Disclosure of Information are Affiliated Transactions that must only be reported by the Company to the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) as referred to in the OJK Regulation on Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions (POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020), specifically in article & point 1, letter c. The Affiliate relationship is structured as follows: a. PT.
