PENGUMUMAN
Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa MAPIDRCX5A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24
November 2025 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per
MAPIDRCX5A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 1.320 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham MAPI di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that MAPIDRCX5A is exercised on 24th November 2025 ("Expiry Date") and
the structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per MAPIDRCX5A) (if the
said amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 1.320 being the closing price of MAPI Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.

= Number of Structured Warrant (Settlement Price – Exercise Price)
