Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pelepasan seluruh kepemilikan PT Hensel Davest Indonesia
Tbk atas PT Doeku Peduli Indonesia.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan telah melaksanakan transaksi pelepasan seluruh
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kepemilikan pada entitas anak, yaitu PT Doeku Peduli
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Indonesia (DPI), dengan nilai transaksi sebesar Rp
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau 18.500.000.000. Setelah transaksi ini, Perseroan tidak lagi
Perusahaan Publik memiliki kepemilikan maupun pengendalian atas DPI.
Transaksi ini merupakan bagian dari penataan portofolio
usaha Perseroan untuk meningkatkan fokus pada lini bisnis
inti dan optimalisasi struktur perusahaan. Nilai transaksi
berada di bawah 20% dari ekuitas Perseroan sehingga tidak
termasuk transaksi material berdasarkan ketentuan POJK
yang berlaku.

Description of Material Information or Divestment of all ownership interest of PT Hensel Davest
Facts Indonesia Tbk in PT Doeku Peduli Indonesia.
Impact of event, material information or The Company has conducted a divestment of its entire
facts towards Issuers or Public ownership in its subsidiary, PT Doeku Peduli Indonesia (DPI),
Company’s operational activities, legal, with a transaction value of Rp 18,500,000,000. Following this
financial condition, or going concern divestment, the Company no longer holds any ownership or
control over DPI.
This transaction is part of the Company business portfolio
restructuring to enhance focus on core business lines and
optimize the corporate structure. The transaction value is
below 20% of the Company equity and therefore does not
constitute a material transaction under the applicable OJK
regulations.
