Bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa Ruby Mining (Hong Kong) Limited sedang mekaksanakan proses negosiasi atas rencana pengambilalihan Perseroan dengan PT Putrasakti Mandiri, PT Intan Perdana Sukses dan PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses Tbk (“Para Penjual"). /We hereby inform you that Ruby Mining (Hang Kong) Limited is currently conducting negotiations regarding the proposed PT Puri Sentul Permai, Tbk Kawasan Industri Sentul JL. — PT PURI SENTUL PERMAI Tbk acgussition of the Company with PT Putrasakti Mandiri, PT Intan Perdana Sukses dan PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses Tbk (the “Sellers"). Sehubungan dengan proses negosiasi tersebut, Ruby Mining (Hong Kongj Limited berencana untuk membeli sekitar 1.075.000.000 (satu miliar tujuh puluh ima juta) saham milik Para Penjual yang merupakan sekitar 864 (delapan puluh enam persen) dari seluruh saham ditempatkan dan disetor pada Perseroan, yang apabila diselesaikan maka akan mengakibatkan perubahan pengendalian pada Perseroan. / In relation to such negotiations, Ruby Mining (Hong Kong) Limited intends to purchase approximately 1,075,000,000 (one billion seventy-five million) shares owned by the Sellers, representing around 86 leightysix percent) of ihe Company's issued and paid-up shares, which, if completed, will result in a change of control of the Company.
