(likuidasi) PT Supreme Decoluxe dilakukan karena Perseroan
tidak berhasil memperoleh peluang usaha baru melalui entitas
anak tersebut.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan terkait
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pembubaran PT Supreme Decoluxe. Namun, terkait investasi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan pada PT Supreme Decoluxe, terdapat dampak
Perusahaan Publik yang tidak signifikan terhadap laporan keuangan Perseroan.
