Anak usaha PKPK (PT Tri Oetama Persada) capai pemenuhan target kuota
RKAB tahun 2025
Jakarta, 21 November 2025 – PT Paragon Karya Perkasa Tbk (“PKPK”), melalui anak usahanya
PT Tri Oetama Persada (“TRIOP”), dengan bangga mengumumkan keberhasilan pencapaian produksi
dan penjualan batubara hampir 100% sampai dengan pertengahan November 2025 dari target RKAB
2025 sebesar 1.100.000 Ton. Capaian penjualan tersebut memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap
pendapatan konsolidasi PKPK.
Menanggapi capaian positif ini, Direktur Utama PKPK, Haryanto Sofian, menyampaikan:
“Kami memberikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya atas kinerja yang solid dari manajemen dan tim
operasional PT Tri Oetama Persada. Pencapaian target produksi dan penjualan batubara tersebut
menjadi bukti peningkatan efisiensi, efektivitas operasional, dan kemampuan produksi yang
berkelanjutan. Kami yakin hasil ini akan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kinerja keuangan
PKPK ke depan dan memperkuat posisi PKPK di industri pertambangan nasional.”

Pencapaian tersebut berkat kegigihan dan kerja keras tim manajemen yang secara terus menerus
memperkuat infrastruktur dan sarana pendukung tambang sehingga semakin prima dan dapat
menunjang peningkatan kinerja produksi dan penjualan batubara.
Dengan pencapaian ini, TRIOP berkeyakinan untuk melipatgandakan kuantitas produksi dan penjualan
batubara di tahun 2026 yang saat ini sedang dalam proses pengajuan RKAB Tahun 2026 sebesar
3.000.000 Ton untuk disetujui oleh Kementerian ESDM.

PKPK Subsidiary (PT Tri Oetama Persada) Achieves Fulfillment of the 2025
RKAB Quota Target
Jakarta, 21 November 2025 – PT Paragon Karya Perkasa Tbk (“PKPK”), through its subsidiary
PT Tri Oetama Persada (“TRIOP”), is proud to announce the successful achievement of almost 100%
of its coal production and sales target as of mid-November 2025, based on the 2025 RKAB target of
1,100,000 tons. This sales achievement has contributed significantly to PKPK’s consolidated revenue.
Responding to this positive milestone, PKPK President Director Haryanto Sofian stated:
“We express our highest appreciation for the solid performance of the management and operational
team of PT Tri Oetama Persada. This achievement in meeting coal production and sales targets is proof
of improved efficiency, operational effectiveness, and sustainable production capabilities. We are
confident that these results will contribute positively to PKPK’s future financial performance and
strengthen PKPK’s position in the national mining industry.”

This achievement is the result of the persistence and hard work of the management team, which
continuously strengthens mining infrastructure and supporting facilities, ensuring optimal
performance to support increased production and coal sales.
With this achievement, TRIOP is confident in its plan to double its coal production and sales volume in
2026, for which the company is currently in the process of submitting the 2026 RKAB application for
3,000,000 tons to be approved by The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of
Indonesia (ESDM).
