(“Kalon”), dengan ini '— mengumumkan pembaruan atas proses — pengambilalihan Mandom Corporation, suatu perusahaan yang tercatat di Papan Utama Bursa Efek Tokyo (MC). Berdasarkan pengumuman tertanggal 19 November 2025, Kalon telah mengumumkan bahwa terdapat perubahan terhadap syarat dan ketentuan tertentu dari penawaran tender atas saham MCJ sebagai berikut: In accordance with, and in order to comply with, the provisions of Article 5 paragraph 1 of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 9/POJK.04/2018 concerning the Acguisition of Public Companies (“POJK 9/2018”), we, Kalon Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Kalon”), hereby announce updates to the acguisition process of Mandom Corporation, a company listed on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (“MCJ”). Based on the announcement dated 19 November 2025, the terms and conditions of the tender offer for the shares of MCJ have been amended by Kalon, as follows:

The Tender Offer Period Schedule is amended as follows: # Before: Friday, 26 September 2025, to Wednesday, 19 November 2025 (37 business days) (pursuant to the updated information related to negotiation on acguisition plan dated 7 November 2025). e After (new schedule): Friday, 26 September 2025, to Thursday, 4 December 2025 (47 business days).
