Manajemen menilai bahwa potensi pasar pengelolaan sampah organik di Indonesia masih sangat besar, didorong oleh
meningkatnya volume sampah dan kebutuhan akan solusi pengolahan yang lebih berkelanjutan. Selain itu, dukungan
kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pengelolaan sampah yang lebih baik (mengkonversi sampah menjadi energi, pupuk, dan
pakan hewan) turut memperkuat prospek pertumbuhan industri ini. Dari sisi kompetisi, Perseroan menilai bahwa pasar
masih bersifat terfragmentasi dengan pelaku yang berskala besar sekali atau yang sangat kecil, sehingga memberikan
ruang bagi Perseroan untuk masuk dan berkembang secara bertahap. Untuk dapat bersaing dengan pelaku yang telah
lebih dahulu beroperasi, Perseroan menyiapkan strategi yang berfokus pada pengolahan sampah organik dengan
teknologi BSF dan solusi bio-tech lainnya.

 Description of Material Information or       -     In recent years, the Company and its group have
 Facts                                        undergone a business transformation from mobile phone
                                              trading to lifestyle-related businesses. At present, the
                                              Company and its subsidiary, PT Herbal Globe Natural (HGN),
                                              are preparing measures to develop a green economy business
                                              in the areas of waste management (TOSS) and the trading of
                                              organic fertilizers. TOSS (Circular Waste Processing
                                              Technology) is one of the green economy business initiatives
                                              that the Company is focusing on, with core activities involving
                                              the processing of organic waste from both industrial and
                                              household sources into organic fertilizer materials and protein
                                              ingredients for animal feed.
                                              -    The TOSS business opportunity serves as a green and
                                              profitable solution to the increasing volume of organic waste
                                              everywhere, and aligns with the government is programs to
                                              manage waste and convert it into economically valuable
                                              products.
                                              - The Company has established an organization to operate
                                              a pilot-scale project, which is currently running in Kranggan,
                                              Bekasi. The Company is collaborating with the site owner to
                                              manage organic waste using BSF technology and other bio-
                                              tech solutions to produce organic fertilizer materials and
                                              animal feed.
                                              - In the near future, the Company plans to open additional
                                              sites, with several prospective TOSS locations currently under
                                              evaluation, while the team continues to conduct studies on
                                              new locations.

Other Information

Management assesses that the market potential for organic waste management in Indonesia remains very
substantial, driven by the increasing volume of waste and the growing need for more sustainable processing
solutions. In addition, government policy support for improved waste management through the conversion of waste
into energy, fertilizers, and animal feed further strengthens the growth prospects of this industry. From a
competition standpoint, the Company views the market as still fragmented, with players that are either very large in
scale or very small, thereby providing room for the Company to enter and gradually expand. To compete with
existing operators, the Company is preparing strategies focused on processing organic waste using BSF
technology and other bio-tech solutions.
