Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk ( selanjutnya disebut
dengan SMMA ) telah melakukan Penyertaan modal/
Investasi pada PT Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Asuransi
Kompetensi Indonesia ( LSP AKASI ) berkedudukan di
Jakarta Pusat yang bergerak dalam bidang Pendidikan/
Sertifikasi Profesi sebesar Rp.8.000.000,- ( delapan juta
Rupiah ).
II. Jumlah penyertaan modal tersebut tidak melebihi
20 % dari ekuitas Perusahaan , sehingga penyertaan modal
tersebut tidak bersifat material.
III. Transaksi ini baru dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20
November 2025.
IV. Bahwa tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau
fakta penting terhadap Perseroan baik berupa dampak
terhadap kegiatan operasional, dampak terhadap kondisi
keuangan dan proyeksi keuangan, dampak hukum maupun
dampak terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
V. Transaksi ini tidak merupakan Transaksi Benturan
Kepentingan Transaksi Tertentu
sebagaimana dimaksud dengan Peraturan Nomor IX.

VI. Direksi dengan persetujuan Dewan Komisaris
menyatakan bahwa semua informasi material terkait dengan
Transaksi sebagaimana dimaksud diatas telah diungkapkan
dan informasi tersebut tidak menyesatkan.

Description of Material Information or That PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (hereinafter referred to as
Facts "SMMA") has made a capital participation/investment in PT
Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Asuransi Kompetensi Indonesia
(LSP AKASI), domiciled in Central Jakarta, which operates in
the field of Professional Education/Certification, amounting to
IDR 8,000,000 (eight million Rupiah).
II. The amount of this capital participation does not exceed
20% of the Company's equity, therefore, the capital
participation is not material.
III. This transaction was only implemented on November 20,
2025.
IV. That there is no impact of any significant event,
information, or fact on the Company, whether in the form of an
impact on operational activities, financial condition and
financial projections, legal impact, or impact on the Company's
business continuity.
V. This transaction does not constitute a Conflict of Interest
Transaction as referred to in Regulation Number IX.E.1.
VI. The Board of Directors, with the approval of the Board of
Commissioners, declares that all material information related
to the Transaction referred to above has been disclosed and
that such information is not misleading.
