                                                               After reviewing the performance of the last three quarters of 2025, the fourth
                                                               quarter of 2025 requires a further adjustment of targets due to the continued
                                                               decline in consumer purchasing power, new regulations, extreme weather
                                                               conditions, brands competition, and other factors. The Company also takes
                                                               into consideration the annual target/projection by comparing it with the
                                                               targets set by Peers. Based on these considerations, the Company has
                                                               adjusted its 2025 financial targets/projections to the figures stated above.

                                                     The Company collaborates with PT Krakatau Niaga
                                                     Indonesia, a company under Krakatau Steel Group, in the
                                                     provision and distribution of food trays for the MBG (Makan
                                                     Bergizi Gratis) program from BGN (Badan Gizi Nasional).

                                                                              partnering with several major

                             IHLS EXPO 2025


                                    • Homeco Living has held IHLS Expo 2025 with the theme
                                      “Inspire Your Home, Grow Your Business”
                                    • IHLS Expo was held on October 1–4, 2025, at Senayan City
                                      Hall.
                                    • The exhibition featured new product launches and new
                                      collections.
                                    • The purpose of the Expo was to showcase the latest
                                      innovations from leading brands, inspire the Indonesian
                                      community, and serve as a strategic collaboration platform
                                      for business partners.
                                    • The Expo targeted a total of 2,000 visitors (about 500 per day)
