Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Perkembangan Gugatan terhadap Perseroan
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan telah menjatuhkan putusan
dalam perkara gugatan Perbuatan Melawan Hukum (PMH)
Nomor 684/Pdt.G/2025/PN Jkt.Sel, yang diajukan oleh Menteri
Pertanian Republik Indonesia terhadap PT Tempo Inti Media
Tbk (Perseroan).
Majelis Hakim mengabulkan eksepsi Tergugat, dan
menyatakan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan tidak
berwenang mengadili perkara tersebut karena mekanisme
penyelesaian sengketa pemberitaan wajib terlebih dahulu
diselesaikan melalui Dewan Pers, sebagaimana diatur dalam
Undang-Undang Pers.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Putusan ini tidak menimbulkan dampak material terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, maupun posisi hukum Perseroan. Seluruh aktivitas bisnis
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau berlangsung normal.
Perusahaan Publik Putusan ini juga menegaskan tidak adanya kewajiban hukum
yang sebelumnya dituntut Penggugat, termasuk ganti rugi
materiil/immateriil, permintaan maaf, maupun uang paksa
(dwangsom).

Updates on the Lawsuit Filed Against the Company

Description of Material Information or The South Jakarta District Court has rendered its decision in
Facts civil case Number 684/Pdt.G/2025/PN Jkt.Sel, a lawsuit for
Unlawful Conduct (Perbuatan Melawan Hukum/PMH) filed by
the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia against
PT Tempo Inti Media Tbk (the Company).
The Panel of Judges upheld the Defendants procedural
objection (eksepsi) and declared that the South Jakarta District
Court lacks jurisdiction to adjudicate the case, as disputes
concerning journalistic content must first be resolved through
the Press Council, as mandated by the Indonesian Press Law.
Impact of event, material information or The decision does not have a material impact on the
facts towards Issuers or Public Companys operations, financial condition, business continuity,
Company’s operational activities, legal, or legal standing. All business activities continue as normal.
