December 2025, or earlier if the participant quota is reached due to
limited room capacity. The Company reserves the right to manage and/or

determine the attendance of registered participants to maintain order
and the event runs smoothly. A confirmation letter will be sent upon
successful registration. Kindly provide the confirmation letter (printed or
digital) on the event day for entry and registration.
Annual Public Expose 2025 will be recorded for documentation purposes.
The recording will be available on the Company’s official website after
the event. Please visit www.sampoerna.com to access the recording.
